Client Appointment Policies Appointment Scheduling and Booking • Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our designated phone line. • Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Cancellation and Rescheduling • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in no refund or loss of deposit. • Appointments can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and we strive to accommodate changes when possible. Membership plans- Can cancel at any time.
